This one's perched at 1,400 meters with views that'd make anyone stop and stare. The clients wanted floor-to-ceiling glass but were worried about heat loss—so we engineered a triple-pane system with thermal breaks that keeps 'em cozy even when it's -20°C outside. Geothermal heating handles the rest.

Blackcomb Summit Lodge

Alpine hospitality that doesn't compromise on comfort or efficiency. Solar panels on the south-facing roof, reclaimed timber throughout.

Seymour Creek Cabin

Compact doesn't mean cramped. This 950 sq ft retreat packs everything you need without the excess. Off-grid ready with rainwater collection.

Pemberton Heritage Mill

Dating back to 1912, this old lumber mill had serious bones but needed modern guts. We kept the original post-and-beam structure, replaced the foundation, and turned it into mixed-use space. The old-growth Douglas fir beams? Absolute beauties—cleaned 'em up and left 'em exposed.

Cypress Mountain Estate

When your site's got a 180-degree view of the Strait of Georgia, you better design around it. Cantilevered deck extends 12 feet out—feels like you're floating. Radiant floor heating in every room, passive solar orientation, and a green roof that blends into the hillside from above.

Grouse Mountain Trail Integration

Connected a private residence to existing trail systems while maintaining privacy and minimizing ecological impact.

Alpine Bistro Expansion

Doubled the seating capacity without losing the intimate vibe. Added a four-season patio with retractable roof panels.

Garibaldi Highlands Chalet

Built to handle heavy snowfall—we're talking 3+ meters some winters. Engineered the roof pitch at 60 degrees so snow slides right off, reinforced the structure to handle the load when it doesn't. The whole place is wrapped in locally-sourced cedar that'll weather to a beautiful silver-grey. Wood stove as backup heat because you just never know up here.

Lynn Valley Erosion Control

Stabilized a steep slope using native plantings and bioengineering—no concrete needed.

Squamish Valley Homestead

1890s pioneer cabin brought back to life. New foundation, updated systems, preserved character.

North Shore Innovation Hub

Collaborative workspace for outdoor industry companies. Needed to feel connected to nature while providing serious functionality. We brought the outside in—literally—with a central courtyard, living walls, and workspace pods that open to the elements in summer. High-efficiency HVAC keeps costs down year-round.
